Clinic Follow-up After Trauma (Who Needs Follow-up)

Patients with the following diagnoses should be considered for follow-up in the Trauma Clinic (Fridays). 

1. Concussion
2. Multiple ribs
3. Chest tube
4. Abnormal CXR at discharge (return with a film)
5. Drains
6. s/p ICU
7. Postop lap/thor
8. Embolization
9. Wounds
10. Antibiotics 
11. Victims of violence
12. PTSD screen +
